Josh is the original founder of JDK. Josh saw a niche in the market for a one stop property maintenance company that can handle small jobs right through to larger scale refurbishments. With an emphasis on communication and a positive customer experience JDK was born.

Josh values the close knit happy team that is JDK. In his spare time Josh likes to spend time with his family and occasionally fishing.

Thomas is JDK’s Director of Operations, helping improve the way the business works through better systems, technology and processes. He enjoys finding practical ways to make things easier for the team and ensure JDK continues to deliver a great service for its customers.

He values the team atmosphere at JDK and the way everyone works together to get things done.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing touch and tennis, staying active, and spending time with his family.

Aimee is JDK’s Finance Manager and plays a key role in keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly. From invoicing and accounts through to reporting and supporting the wider team, Aimee helps make sure everything behind the scenes stays on track.

She enjoys being part of the supportive team at JDK and values the friendly, family-focused culture and the way everyone works together to look after our customers.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and taking her dog for walks.

Rhyno is the Wellington Branch Manager and is committed to fostering long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, while making staff well-being, safety, and workplace satisfaction a top priority. Rhyno values the positive, can-do attitude at JDK. 

Outside of work, Rhyno enjoys spending time with his family and going on the occasional fishing trip.

Brittany holds the position of Junior Project Manager, with her primary responsibilities including the timely and budget-compliant completion of refurbishments, alongside managing workplace health and safety.
Her role is pivotal in facilitating clear communication and coordination between contractors and suppliers to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.

Brittany values the positive work culture at JDK, but spends her leisure time at the beach or with friends and family.

Carlie, who is the Production Coordinator, is tasked with coordinating maintenance work, considering logistics, urgency, and workman availability. Her role enhances customer value through liaison between the tradesmen and project timelines, with an emphasis on communication.
Carlie appreciates the familial atmosphere at JDK, its commitment to customers, and the balance between customer service and enjoyment at work.

Her free time is spent paddleboarding, camping, and socialising.

Linda operates as the Wellington Administrator, responsible for distributing work orders, invoicing, quoting, and liaising with store managers and clients—she contributes to customer satisfaction through maintaining trustworthy communication. Linda is fond of what she describes as the family-like supportive and friendly staff environment at JDK.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boat trips, and is exploring her new hobby—fishing.

Vee is the Maintenance Supervisor/Site Manager, tasked with overseeing daily maintenance jobs, guiding the maintenance team, and managing sites. His ability to actualise concepts and plans is a key asset.
Vishal values the close-knit team at JDK and their capability to meet customer demands.

Outside of work, Vishal is passionate about playing soccer.
