Josh is the Owner and creator of JDK. Josh saw a niche in the market for a one stop property maintenance company that can handle small jobs right through to larger scale refurbishments. With an emphasis on communication and a positive customer experience JDK was born.

Josh values the close knit happy team that is JDK. In his spare time Josh likes to spend time with his family and occasionally fishing.

Paul, the Company Manager, ensures the seamless operation of the company, including staff coordination and workflow management. He believes in eliminating bottlenecks and maintaining fluid communication within his team to enhance customer experience from quotation acceptance to final handover.
Paul treasures the familial aspect of JDK and the team's dedication.

His personal time is spent with family, enjoying good wine with friends, and savouring his wife’s roast dinner.

Aimee serves as the Admin Manager at JDK Maintenance, overseeing financial transactions and spearheading the modernisation of office systems.
A notable aspect of her role is the integration of her family into her work environment because she works alongside her father and brother daily. At work, Aimee also enjoys the company of her dog, Romeo.

Outside the office, Aimee enjoys going to weekend markets with her daughter and taking Romeo on adventures.

Brittany holds the position of Junior Project Manager, with her primary responsibilities including the timely and budget-compliant completion of refurbishments, alongside managing workplace health and safety.
Her role is pivotal in facilitating clear communication and coordination between contractors and suppliers to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.

Brittany values the positive work culture at JDK, but spends her leisure time at the beach or with friends and family.

Carlie, who is the Production Coordinator, is tasked with coordinating maintenance work, considering logistics, urgency, and workman availability. Her role enhances customer value through liaison between the tradesmen and project timelines, with an emphasis on communication.
Carlie appreciates the familial atmosphere at JDK, its commitment to customers, and the balance between customer service and enjoyment at work.

Her free time is spent paddleboarding, camping, and socialising.

Vee is the Maintenance Supervisor/Site Manager, tasked with overseeing daily maintenance jobs, guiding the maintenance team, and managing sites. His ability to actualise concepts and plans is a key asset.
Vishal values the close-knit team at JDK and their capability to meet customer demands.

Outside of work, Vishal is passionate about playing soccer.

Linda operates as the Wellington Administrator, responsible for distributing work orders, invoicing, quoting, and liaising with store managers and clients—she contributes to customer satisfaction through maintaining trustworthy communication. Linda is fond of what she describes as the family-like supportive and friendly staff environment at JDK.

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, boat trips, and is exploring her new hobby—fishing.

Marco, our Wellington Branch Manager, focus on the existing and new clients’ accounts as well as the running of the branch. With communication and client satisfaction as the main keys, he goes the extra mile to ensure the quality and timelines are met as well as all resources are well allocated to ultimately achieve efficiency. He also thrives in supporting the whole team to be safe and to work as “one”. Marco appreciates the professional but family-feel of JDK environment and its team members, this motivates him and he truly enjoys coming to work every day.

While not at work, he likes to take his family for bush walks, bike rides, friends’ farms or any other outdoor activities (when the Wellington weather allows). Otherwise, he settles for a good movie, food, family and friends.
